The Offline SharePoint Solution:
Colligo Reader™ and Colligo Contributor™
For many organizations, SharePoint has become the
centerpiece of online collaboration for their business. Until now, users could
not leverage the project management capabilities of SharePoint when they were
working offline; for example on a plane or at a client site. It was with this in
mind that Apptix partnered with Colligo, offering our customers to leverage the
power of SharePoint both on and offline.
Created to deliver rich functionality in an uncomplicated way, the Colligo
Reader and Contributor products are easy to deploy, install on user(s) PCs,
learn and use. They provide a new level of SharePoint feature support in a
client-only implementation, including document and InfoPath form libraries with
custom metadata and views, custom lists and many standard lists including
events, issues, links, contacts, announcements, tasks and agendas. Both products
are fully compatible with all shipping versions of SharePoint, without requiring
any server components!

Take SharePoint Content Offline Without the Hassle
Colligo Reader is a free product for individual users* which enables end-users to easily
download some or all of the content in a SharePoint site to their
laptops and view it offline, rather than having to copy files one by one
through a browser. It is a client-only application, so no server
installation or changes are required and it will work with any SharePoint
implementation.
Colligo Reader connects to SharePoint using standard
web services and site permissions, then downloads the content to a local
file store on the Windows® file system which preserves document links.
